Helpful and friendly staff who provided quick check, in and welcome drinks. Thoughtful and stylish interior design, with attention to detail in every little thing. Comfortable beds that allowed for a good night's sleep and even made us sleep through the first afternoon.
Lack of thorough cleanliness, with dirty floors and bathrooms. Poor soundproofing, resulting in significant noise from the street at night.

The location is convenient, with the nearest BTS station just a short walk away. The hotel is tastefully decorated, with spotlessly clean rooms and comfortable beds. The staff is professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The breakfast served at the hotel is excellent, and the wifi is fast. The hotel provides storage for baggage after check-out, allowing guests to explore the city without carrying their luggage.
The walk to the hotel from the BTS station may not be well-lit at night, but locals use it regularly, indicating that it is safe.
